Mobile Tire Insurer (MTI) Membership Terms and Cancellation Policy

     At MTI, we provide premium annual memberships for tire services. All member tires must meet Pennsylvania State Inspection Safety Requirements. If your tires measure 2/32” or less, we will replace them at no cost. A tire disposal fee and mount and balance applies at the time of service and is not included in the membership. All new memberships are subject to a 21-day waiting period before services begin.

Minimum Membership Term

All MTI memberships require a minimum 6-month commitment. By enrolling, members agree to remain active for at least six (6) consecutive months.

Early Cancellation

If a member chooses to cancel their membership before completing the 6-month minimum, the following terms apply:

  • - The member must pay the remaining balance for all months left in the 6-month term.

  • - A $25 early cancellation fee will also be applied.

Example: If a member cancels after 3 months, they are required to pay the remaining 3 months’ membership fees plus the $25 fee.

Service Appointment Policy

• Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $25 cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the scheduled service.

Mobile Service Policy (Future Activation)

• If mobile services are activated, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours in advance due to travel and scheduling logistics.

  • - Memberships are non-refundable once the first service has been provided.
